Kingsfarm United Pentecostal Church was founded in the homes of members
during the early 1930's. The first building was constructed in 1935 near
the home of Mr. Martin Fontenot, and was moved to the present site in
1953. A new brick building was erected in 1966.

In 1972, the new
building was remodeled and furnished with carpet and padded pews, and the older
facility was converted to an educational facility. In 1978, a prayer room
was built joining the 1953 and 1966 structures.
In 1984, additional land
was granted by King Corporation, and a new Educational Wing was constructed on
the north side of the facility.
In 1994, construction of a new auditorium
and office/education complex was completed. The former auditorium was converted
to a modern fellowship/multipurpose meeting hall with kitchen facilities, and
the 1953 building was razed.
